Most people don’t realize this, but this is so much more than a pawn shop — it’s a place where true craftsmanship lives. Phil is hands down the best jeweler along the Gulf Coast. His skill, precision, and attention to detail are unmatched. He has repaired multiple pieces for me over the years, and every single time the work has been flawless. But what truly sets him apart is the care he puts into what he does. At one point, an onyx stone fell out of a ring that means a great deal to me. Instead of offering a quick fix, Phil went out of his way to track down the perfect replacement. He understood the sentimental value behind it, and that meant everything. Phil and his wife are honest, genuine, down-to-earth people who treat you like more than just a transaction. Integrity like that is rare these days. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my jewelry. If you’re looking for true craftsmanship and people you can genuinely trust, this is the place.

This store is so much more than a pawn shop. My sweetheart and I went in to browse engagement rings and, I just have to say, the selection was outstanding! This is a family-owned, family-run business of true jewelry craftsmen; top-notch AND affordable!! Not only did Mrs. Terri point us to the most GORGEOUS diamond ring, she was able to have it resized to perfection in just 2 days, right there, in the store. The professionalism and attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. Mrs. Terri knew exactly which examples to pull for us. Fitted me, made me feel very special. Needless to say, boyfriend and I simply fell in love all over again. 😍 We walked out knowing that, soon, we would be an engaged couple! Simply elated. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and made for a PERFECT fit. Shout-out to the owners for impeccable work and hospitality! We felt like family. I am beyond happy with our decision to work with Best Pawn!! We will be back soon. ❤️

Terri was and always is absolutely amazing. No matter what day or time she is always super friendly and welcoming. If you ever talk about any part of your life with her during your transaction she always engages and even offers information if you’re stuck on something or having trouble with something she is knowledgeable about. Wouldn’t want anyone else to assist me.

I had a wonderful experience at Best Pawn and Jewelry. Corey was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. He helped me get a pendant fixed for my daughter’s graduation present, and they were able to complete it the same day within minutes of me arriving and choosing a new chain. We had a great experience at Best Pawn in Bay St. Louis! My son brought in his Oculus 3S, which he never used anymore, hoping to trade it toward an Xbox. The staff was friendly, fair, and willing to negotiate with him to make a deal that worked for everyone. He walked out with the Xbox he had been wanting, and we both left happy with the experience. It’s nice to do business with people who treat customers with respect and work to find a solution instead of just saying no.

The "BEST" in their name is 1000% true! I had some gold jewelry that had just been sitting in my jewelry box forever, which I decided to get rid of. I am so glad I went there. The service was amazing. Cory and Deidre are the nicest, most genuine people you could ever meet. I had so much fun just chatting and laughing with them, I almost forgot why I went. They took great care of me, and I left with more money in my pocket than I expected. I can't wait to go back and shop there as they have an incredible selection of merchandise.

Made a quick stop just to look around and was greeted by the sweetest people! We were surprised to find out the owners are also licensed jewelers. We got a custom engraved Zippo lighter within 30 minutes and got a free ring cleaning and inspection of our wedding bands! The best pawn shop experience we’ve had. Will definitely be stopping again next time we are in town!
